The present data protection information deals with the most important data-processing aspects in the context of our website.
The data items of name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are moreover saved until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions pursuant to Par. 96 Sec. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 Sec. 1 Let. a (consent) and/or Let. b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
