PAPIERHOLZ AUSTRIA is one of the biggest buyers of biomass for energy recovery in our country.
Fresh biomass is one of the important raw materials as a source of energy. It is obtained either directly from the forest or during wood processing as a by-product. In addition we can exploit untreated recovered wood (such as demolition wood, packaging material, pallets,…) reasonably.
We buy:
- Forest chips from remainders of wood harvesting and wood assortments difficult to exploit easily otherwise.
- Bark and sawdust
- Untreated, sorted recovered wood or chips
- Other biomass assortments such as loppings and biomass from landscape management, landscape gardening and in the future fuelwood
